TASTING NOTES
Fragrant aromas of wild strawberries and white peaches are followed by a slight tropical nuance on the bouquet. The palate offers a medium acidity with structure and softness, leading into fresh flavors of Honeycrisp apples. A gentle sweetness emerges on the finish that is a delightful balance of fruit and floral characters. This is a 100% stainless steel fermentation that is a creative blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre.
