Hill & Bach Cellars is thrilled to announce that for the first time ever you can purchase our newly released vintages of 2021 and 2023 wines. You can lasso any one of TEN different wines – each one carefully crafted to share with a friend or pair with your favorite food – or you can corral all TEN! From our bright and fresh whites and rose’ to our full line-up of light to full bodied reds, you’re sure to find a wine for every occasion. 

What a Year!

The Paso Robles 2021 and 2023 vintages are already being heralded for being amongst the best. The 2023 vintage is considered “exceptional”, with many producers reporting great quality grapes and balanced wines. The cooler-than-average temperatures and higher-than-average rainfall led to a late harvest and resulted in beautiful wines that are fruit forward, dense and concentrated and have good structure, tannins and acidity.

A Hit with History Buffs!

The future site of Hill & Bach Cellars, located at 265 N. Main Street in Boerne, Texas, is situated at the historic Luckenbach House property. It was extremely important to the new owners, Richard and Julie Lee, to preserve the original limestone building with all of its Texas charm. Months of careful planning with Boerne architect Frank Valadez resulted in a plan that thrilled the Boerne Landmark Commission. With the Landmark Commission’s blessing, Hill & Bach Cellars is proceeding with some amazing renovations that will be warm and welcoming to all wine enthusiasts and fun lovers.
