LATEST NEWS: Venue Update
Hey Hill & Bach Fans,
Hope y’all are planning for a wonderful 4th of July celebration! While it’s sure been hot , we have been making continued progress at Hill & Bach. Masons have completed our stone wall in the courtyard tasting area, ceilings are being put in on the main building and framers continue outside on ceilings and deck.
We are tentatively preparing to open sometime in September, but continue to stay tuned for the official date!

TAVO MARTINEZ grows a great majority of the fruit to make our top quality wines, including our reserve wines, and he was just awarded “Wine Grower of the Year” by San Luis Obispo County.
ENRIQUE TORRES recently won the award of “Winemaker of the Year” by Central Coast Wine & Spirits Competition, beating out over 400 winemakers. It’s no wonder our wines are so good!

FEATURED WINE: Sparkling Spurs California Cuvée
WE HAVE A NEW RELEASE! This sparkling wine is perfect for celebrations, both big and small, or to sip as an aperitif before dinner. The wine is crisp and fresh with fragrant aromas of pear and pineapple on the bouquet. Mouthwatering flavors of crisp green apple fill the palate, completed by a pleasing toasty, coconut finish.
CHEESE & WINE PAIRING: Triple Cream Brie & Sparkling
For this month’s cheese pairing with our featured Sparkling Spurs, we suggest trying a buttery, mouth-coating triple cream brie slathered on a crusty sourdough slice. Generally speaking, bubbles pair well with anything salty and rich, and this downright delicious cheese absolutely fits the bill.

4th of July Block Party in Boerne
We will be pouring our wines this Saturday, July 4th, in downtown Boerne at BRCC, 101 S. Main Street. Along with our fabulous wines, there will be food trucks, live music, and a car show! Event is from 4:00-9:00pm, come by for a taste of Hill & Bach wines and a fun celebration.
