LATEST NEWS: Venue Update
Good news, we are about a month and a half from opening! The dark wood ceilings in the main Luckenbach room are stained and looking great.

DID YOU KNOW … What is Veraison?

It is the summer tipping point when wine grapes stop growing in size and begin to ripen. Typically this happens in the vineyards of Paso Robles right about now (late July or early August). This process shifts the vine’s focus from photosynthesis to pumping sugars into the fruit. It is an interesting transition to witness as the hard green grapes change — white varieties become golden and translucent while red varieties become a deep purple.
FEATURED RECIPE PAIRING: Lime Cilantro Fish Tacos
FEATURED WINE: Sharp Shootin’ Chard
We have another new summer release for you!
Introducing our “Sharp Shootin’ Chard”, with a fun tribute to Annie Oakley, as she rides through a field of yellow roses on the label.
This crisp wine features fresh lemon, green apple, white florals, and sea-spray minerality. Neutral barrel aging adds a soft, creamy texture without heavy oak.
CHEESE & WINE PAIRING: Monterey Jack Cheese + Chardonnay

This month’s pairing is another classic “what grows together, goes together”. A high-quality Monterey Jack cheese, with a mild but rich flavor that won’t compete with the fruit-forward nature of our Monterey County Chardonnay, makes it an easy, crowd-pleasing choice.
